Nanda Kishore - Founder and CEO
Nanda Kishore is the founder and CEO of Konnexz and in this role he provides strategic leadership and governs the organizational efficiency by providing leadership for core functioning and develops the blueprint to strengthen and scale the overall recruitment and trainings to meet the demands of the business and maintain the competitive edge.
He has more than 20 years of experience in Operations, recruitment and trainings, he has won many laurels as a best trainer with various state-run skill development corporations in India as well has the experience of working with the top MNC’s in US, Europe, Middle east and India on very niche skills like Cyber security, Identity and Access Management, SAP and many other technologies.
Kishore holds Master in Computer Applications (MCA) and MBA from XLRI – Jamshedpur.
Ramesh Chalapalli – President and CTO
Ramesh Chalapalli is a business and technology pacesetter with 25 years of success strategizing and leading organizations at the brink of change and growth. He has a history of leveraging existing and emerging technologies, uncovering opportunities, and directing trailblazing strategies to improve operations, develop leading-edge products, and increase marketability for forward-moving companies like Amazon, AT&T, Samsung, and PLS Logistics. He has deep expertise in business management strengthened by intellectual curiosity and technical experience in SaaS, Cloud Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence.
Ramesh holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
Ramesh also has two US Technology Patents under his name.
Naga Suresh Challapalli – President and COO
Naga Suresh is the president and COO of Konnexz, Naga wears many hats from Application Development, consulting, project Management and Transformation projects. He has been responsible for many successful Oracle EBS projects in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Besides domain expertise Naga has trained and inspired student in Management & IT.
Naga comes with 20 years of experience in ERP Technologies in diversified industry segments ranging from Telecom, Agriculture, Construction, IT, Pharma and public councils.
Naga holds Master of science from UK and MBA from VJIM India.
Swapna – Managing Director
Swapna is the MD of Konnexz and is the key for the success of the company, she is responsible for day to day activity and strategic planning and efficiency of each individual department.
Swana comes with 14 years of experience especially with the ITES industry and served largest Dish Network of US. During her tenure she has coached many budding professionals on corporate culture as well as Voice and Accent. She is a certified Voice and Accent coach and holds BTech from JNTU.
Rakesh Gollapudi – Director Training
Rakesh Gollapudi comes with about 20yrs of corporate experience in Operations, Business Development and Training. His last profile was as a Senior Manager in an IT Services Company.
As a trainer and coach, he has vast experience in coaching managers in many corporates on various aspects like Leadership, Motivation and Communication.
He is also a student mentor for students of JNTUH (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University). The profile has him taking classes on various aspects of soft skills including career guidance.
He also coaches Students of Chartered Accountancy on soft skills, career guidance and various aspects of corporate etiquette.
He has an MBA in Marketing and HR and has an International Certificate in training English as a forging language. Other certificates include one on managing stress (MBSR) and he is also a certified as a coach on Positive Psychology and Nuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP).
He has appeared on many TV shows as an advisor and mentor on various topics related to career counseling and parenting.
